Bio

Scott Ouellette is a self-taught classical guitarist whose work reflects a deep commitment to the instrument and a distinctive artistic voice. Drawing on the rich traditions of classical guitar while forging his own creative path, his compositions blend technical precision with expressive depth. Early in his musical development, he spent time studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts, an experience that helped shape his artistic direction.
His music has been widely recorded and performed by some of today’s leading classical guitarists, including Alexandra Whittingham, Per-Olov Kindgren and Eduardo Diaz, underscoring its growing recognition within the contemporary guitar community. Based on the East Coast of the United States, Ouellette continues to develop a body of work that resonates with both performers and audiences alike, creating music that is warmly engaging, nuanced, and thoughtfully crafted.
Scott’s music was short-listed for the 2010 major motion picture “Immigration Tango" as well as being used in a documentary series about wineries and wine regions. When Scott’s not performing concerts, he spends his time engraving sheet music for pro and semi-pro guitarists from around the world.
